Remember
when you were in school and the teacher made you read out loud?
All the kids would
duck down in their desks, hoping the teacher wouldn't call
on them. But there was that one annoying kidÉthe short, nerdy
one with big glasses, sitting straight up in her seat, waving
her hand in the air.
She could read everything from science
to Shakespeare, without making a mistake. And her voice was
so clear and bright that she made everything sound interesting.
So no matter how hard you tried to ignore her, you just had
to listen to what she was saying. That annoying kid was Edie
Tusor.
Later, she went to acting school,
where she was advised that, despite her considerable talent,
she was just too darn short for those coveted leading roles.
Undaunted, Edie set out to find a performing environment that
offered equal opportunity to the vertically challenged. And
so she became a voice performer.
Today, Edie lends her voice to an
endless variety of content for an equally diverse group of
clients (most of whom believe she is 5'9"). The following
are some of the clients for whom Edie's voice has been hard
at work.
