HARLOW RUSSELL
Harlow is an American who has lived in Indonesia and Singapore since 1991. He is a part-time actor and VO artist. Singapore TV and movie credits include 'I Not Stupid' (Jack Neo-produced); True Files; Holland Village; Heartlanders; and 'The History of Singapore' for the Discovery Channel.

VO Credits include commercial reading for various English Language programs; American voiceover for Fort Silos-Sentosa; corporate video narration for Asian companies; and VO segments for various TV pilots and shows.
